Klarna selects Tesus for digital training in conflict management

Klarna is soon launching a brand-new digital training program in conflict management, produced in collaboration with Tesus!


The objectives of the course are to increase both customer and merchant satisfaction and to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees in Klarna's offices worldwide. Through comprehensive training, Klarna further strengthens its authority and credibility in the field, building trust among employees, customers, merchants, and other stakeholders.


Tesus, with its team of qualified psychologists, has closely collaborated with Klarna's Physical Security and People Advisory departments to develop a tailor-made, cutting-edge interactive training program that includes practical tools and evidence-based knowledge.
